Featured Story in the Hagerty “Why I Drive” Series
The DVR GT40 was a featured episode focused on auto enthusiasts and their special cars. The footage was later used for a commercial for Hagerty that aired during the US broadcast of the 24 Hour of Le Mans.
German Publisher Gestalten Press featured the DVR GT40 in a coffee table book about custom and handbuilt cars entitled Drive - Custom Cars and Their Builders.
Tne world of gaming and simulators have also embraced the DVR GT40 in the popular platform Gran Turismo. The livery design appears as both the original MKI and the 2006 Ford GT. Renders by game artist C. Badwin.
